We want everyone to be able to use this website and apply for housing, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In October 2026 we checked every page with the axe automated accessibility checker, with a keyboard alone, and at phone and computer screen sizes. Automated tools can't catch everything, so we welcome your feedback and will keep testing as the site changes.

What we've built in

• Works with a keyboard alone, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus outlines
• Clear headings, labeled form fields and text alternatives for images
• Strong color contrast and text that can be enlarged up to 200%
• Tap-to-call phone numbers and pages that work on small screens
• A Quick Exit button, plus pressing Escape twice, to leave the site quickly
