Client Privacy Policy
Your information is yours. We collect only what we need to provide housing, protect it with reasonable care, and never sell it. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you contact us, apply or live with us, we collect what we need to provide housing: your name and contact details, how it's safe to reach you, date of birth, income and its source, rental history, emergency contacts, signed agreements and rent records. Background and credit checks happen only after you authorize them.
Parker's Promise is a housing program, not a health care provider. We don't ask for medical records or diagnoses, and we never ask for Social Security numbers on our website or forms. Anything about your health that you choose to share is kept private and shared only as this policy describes.
How we use it
To review your application, contact you the way you choose, run your housing, connect you with services you ask for, respond to emergencies, and meet legal and insurance requirements. We don't use your information for advertising, and we never sell, rent or trade it.
Protection for survivors
We never confirm to anyone whether a person lives with us. Women's Residence addresses are never published. We keep the least identifying information we can, and you may use a substitute mailing address through Florida's free Address Confidentiality Program (1-800-226-6667).
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information: paper files are kept locked, electronic records are password-protected, and only staff who need information for their work can see it. This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No system is perfectly secure, but if your personal information is ever involved in a data breach, we'll notify you as Florida law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep resident records for as long as needed for your housing and as required by law and our insurance, then shred or securely delete them.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct your information, cancel a permission to share, or ask us to delete information where the law allows. Email info@parkerpromisellc.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
This website
Website forms. Our inquiry, contact and referral forms don't store anything on this website. When you press Send, your own email app opens with your message addressed to us, and it travels like any email you send, through your email provider and ours. We don't use a separate form service. If that changes, we'll update this policy first and name the service. That's why our forms ask for only the basics: we collect sensitive details, such as income and rental history, later, directly with you.
Cookies, analytics and fonts. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are hosted on our own site, so no third party is told you visited. The chat helper runs in your browser: nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored. The Quick Exit button leaves the site fast but doesn't erase your browsing history, so use a private window or a safer device if someone may check yours. This site isn't directed to children under 13. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here.
