Veterans Residence

A respectful, structured home for those who served.

What Every Resident Gets

A home, plus practical support for independent living.

Every room comes with the basics below. Support is optional, non-medical and something you choose to use. We are not a case management or care agency.

Furnished rooms with utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry included. Contact us for current rates and availability.

Clear House Rules & a Staff Contact

Written rules that apply equally to everyone, a staff contact, and an on-call line for housing emergencies such as a leak or lockout.

Resident Goal Plan

If you'd like, set your own goals at move-in, such as work, savings or housing, and check in on them with staff.

Work & Benefits Referrals

Information and referrals for job search, VA and Social Security benefits, and ID documents.

Community Referrals

Referrals to outside doctors, counselors and community services you choose. We don't provide health services.

Transportation Information

Help finding bus routes, STS paratransit and VA or Medicaid ride programs. Transportation isn't included in rent.

Eligibility

Who can apply?

Adults who fit one of our three programs, can pay rent from any lawful source of income, and are willing to follow house rules. Every applicant is reviewed with the same written standards.

  • Adult (18 or older) who fits the Veterans, Senior or Women's program
  • Rent paid from income, benefits or an approved funding source
  • Willing to follow house rules and sign a residency agreement
  • Understands we provide housing and non-medical support only, and arranges any care they need

Is there a room open?

Rooms open up throughout the year. Ask us about current availability for any residence. Inquiries about the Women's Residence are handled privately and with extra care.

Caseworkers, VA staff, hospital discharge planners, shelters, churches and community groups can refer clients online. We acknowledge every referral within 1 business day and follow up with next steps within 2 business days.
